Describe your path to the pro ranks.

The struggle and challenge for me when i compete has been to manage my All or Nothing approach. I’ve been very successful when i had to focus on a competition, however when the curtain closes and the show is over I often lose focus and desire to continue to succeed. I call this the PSB (post show blues), I know this happens to many other competitors as well. This year I have approached my off season with balance and consistency, and so far i am very happy with the results!

What does being a WNBF pro mean to you?

Being a WNBF Pro means a lot to me and I am very committed to the WNBF. I choose to compete with the WNBF because it is an ALL Natural Federation, I’m STRONGLY against the use of DRUGS. I find it very disappointing to see individuals who use drugs in a sport that is based on health, fitness and integrity. I believe if one has great genetics, trains hard and has proper nutrition that they can be very competitive and successful naturally. The WNBF is a great place to showcase your goods and compete with competitors of great caliber. I’m proud and honored to have my name affiliated with the WNBF. I take great pride in representing myself as a WNBF World Champion all natural athlete.

Are you involved in other areas of natural bodybuilding?

I’m currently a Coach at Orange Theory Fitness in Natick and thoroughly enjoy it!  I teach group fitness “Afterburn” classes supporting theories of EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption).  I recommend this form of training to everyone.

I worked with a variety of competitors who competed in the 2015 WNBF North East Classic.  I also coach clients on improving their general nutrition knowledge, as well as helping with pre contest preparation and peaking.

I have test judged a few shows and would really like to learn more about the judging process.  When I decide to retire from competing I’d definitely like to participate in judging WNBF events.

Will you be competing in the 2015 Worlds in Atlantic City?

Yes.

What are your competitive goals?

I have been working incredibly hard the past two years and I would be thrilled to win another World Title at the 2015 WNBF Pro World Championships in Atlantic City.
